We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you'll work closely with our patients to provide personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Assisting with exercises and rehabilitation programs as directed by our physical therapists
- Maintaining accurate records of patient care and progress
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health or hospice setting
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility)
