POSITION OVERVIEW: NTN Driveshaft, a prominent player in constant velocity technology for the automotive sector, is actively seeking a skilled IATF-16949 & ISO-14001 Internal Auditor for our operations. With a workforce of 1800 employees, our facility is experiencing a surge in customer demand for our products. NTN Driveshaft specializes in manufacturing Constant Velocity Joints (CVJs) for leading automotive manufacturers, including Honda, Ford, Toyota, GM, and Chrysler.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conducting internal audits for IATF-16949 Quality Management Systems (QMS)

· Performing internal audits for ISO-14001 Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

· Assessing special processes such as Heat Treat Systems (CQI-9)

· Evaluating Coating Systems (CQI-12)

· Reviewing Welding Systems (CQI-15)

· Executing audits across all departments and processes

· Engaging with management, staff, and personnel at various levels

· Developing and distributing monthly departmental audit schedules based on a comprehensive three-year audit plan

· Carrying out Internal Audits according to established schedules

· Documenting detailed audit notes to ensure adequate objective evidence of process compliance or non-compliance

· Compiling monthly audit reports

· Issuing corrective actions (CARs) for identified non-conformances

· Reviewing Root Cause Analyses and the effectiveness of corrective actions for all CARs

· Performing additional duties as assigned.
