We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
- Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and safety.
- Supervises, teaches, and delegates to other personnel in the performance of activities related to nursing care, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Current Registered Nurse Licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky or a Current Registered Nurse Licensure with a multistate compact status, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certificate or obtained within 90 days after hire date, demonstrating a commitment to patient care and safety.
- Successfully pass an arrhythmia exam within 90 days after hire date, showcasing expertise in cardiac care.
- NIH Stroke Certification completed within 90 days, highlighting a focus on neurological care.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action with minimal supervision, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
Language Skills- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and concise communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
