Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist at Elliott Physical Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses each patient's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate new patients and establish a thorough physical therapy treatment plan based on each patient's individual needs
  • Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions after each visit
  • Modify treatment plans as needed to ensure the most successful outcome for the patient
  • Communicate with referring physicians via letter regarding patient status on every follow-up and upon discharge
  • Act as an ambassador for Elliott Physical Therapy and participate in quarterly community outreach events
