Painting Craftsman Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painting Craftsman to join our team at Toyota of Stroudsburg. As a key member of our auto body repair team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes to our customers' vehicles.

About the Role:

  • Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $62,000 per year
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform prep work on vehicles, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
    • Mix and apply paint colors according to customer specifications.
    • Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
    • Collaborate with auto body technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
    • Ensure quality control of paint finishes and correct any imperfections.
  • Requirements:
    • I-CAR Certified
    • 3-5 years of experience as an Auto Body Painter
    • Must have own tools
    • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
    • Friendly and team-oriented attitude
    • Auto body repair experience
    • HS Diploma/ GED
