Job Summary:

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to work in a hospital setting, providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of respiratory therapy procedures and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and recommend treatment plans
  • Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and airway management
  • Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
  • Document patient care and treatment plans accurately and timely
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Current RRT certification
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
