Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver mail and packages to customers along a designated route, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Sort and organize mail in delivery sequence for efficient distribution
• Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Collect and process accountable mail, including money orders and other forms of payment
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily trip reports and customer information
