Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Turkey Creek Medical Center. As a RN in our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in emergency department nursing
