Senior Advanced DRAM Circuit Design Engineer

Our Opportunity Summary:We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior/Principal DRAM Circuit Design Engineer to join our world-class Engineering Design team in Boise, ID, USA.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that is developing a completely new DRAM memory, pushing bandwidth and energy efficiency to levels never seen before in the industry.
As a Senior DRAM Circuit Design Engineer at Micron, you will collaborate globally with various design, layout, and verification teams.
You will work closely with Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing to ensure the successful implementation of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement circuit realization of device specifications and innovate novel circuit solutions.
- Design digital and Memory Array circuits using CMOS logic gates and transistors.
- Collaborate with the layout team to create layout floorplans that optimize for the best circuit placement, signal routing, and power delivery.
- Prepare design documentation for other engineers to use.
- Contribute and participate in Critical Reviews and Design forums.
- BS & 5+ years or MS & 2+ years of experience.
- Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso.
- Understanding Physical Layout & Circuit Floor Planning.
- Experience Simulating with Hspice, Finesim, Verilog, or other simulators.
- Understanding of Device Reliability.
- Problem-solving and Analytical skills.
