Intake Screener

We are seeking a skilled Intake Screener to join our team at The Crossroads Center. As an Intake Screener, you will play a vital role in our organization by screening intake details through telephone or face-to-face interactions with callers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure client information with professionalism and empathy.
• Accurately enter client information and screening details into the electronic medical records system.
• Maintain communication with referral sources and coordinate client appointments.
• Record necessary statistics as outlined by the agency.
• Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities while maintaining a consistently professional demeanor.
• Stay knowledgeable about community resources to provide alternatives when needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA), Registered Assistant (RA), or Prevention Specialist is required.
