Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac catheterization and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including preparing patients for procedures, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and provide appropriate interventions to ensure optimal care.
- Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including cardiac catheters and imaging devices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
