About the Role
As a Plasma Collection Specialist, you will play a vital role in the plasma donation process, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our donors. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for greeting and focusing on donors, screening new and repeat donors, and using our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records. You will also be responsible for coordinating donor compensation and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in our processes.

Your Background
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact in the lives of others. As a Plasma Collection Specialist, you will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to walk and/or stand for extended periods, and have fine motor coordination, depth perception, and the ability to hear equipment from a distance. Experience working in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality, we encourage you to apply.
