We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders by scanning barcodes, picking and labeling boxes, and verifying accuracy.
- Pick and pack orders in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Operate RF technology to process orders and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Complete RF device training to obtain necessary profiles and ensure accuracy verification and shipment packaging.
- Palletize products, including scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders on pallets.
- Re-palletize products for shipment and may be responsible for dock manifest duties.
- Transport pallets by walking MHE and maintain a safe working environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience with Walkie Ryder (motorized Pallet Jack) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and read and interpret distribution documents.
- Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills, as well as general distribution knowledge.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation.

The employee is regularly exposed to episodes of walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, crouching, reaching, pushing/pulling, grasping, twisting, lifting, frequent use of hand to finger, handle, feel, pick or type, which can include repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, or fingers. The associate may occasionally be required to climb. The job may require lifting up to 50lbs in some areas but not all. The position will almost always have exposure to work near moving mechanical equipment.
