Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Attorney to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a key member of our pro bono immigration team, you will provide direct representation to Afghan parolees who entered the U.S. after July 29, 2021.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in immigration law, with excellent writing and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for conducting intakes, providing legal consultations, preparing and submitting immigration applications, and representing clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility for occasional evening and community-based work. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
