Addiction Services
- Adult Services
- Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Initial intake appointments lasting 60 minutes
- Follow-up sessions of 30 minutes
- Manageable caseloads averaging around 200 patients per full-time equivalent
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for individuals facing substance use disorders alongside mental health challenges.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options, including buprenorphine, methadone, and naltrexone.
- Oversee medication management and monitoring for patients in recovery from substance use disorders, adjusting medications as necessary.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to assist patients on their recovery journey, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention.
- Address co-occurring mental health issues through integrated treatment strategies, working closely with our mental health professionals.
- Deliver specialized mental health services for individuals with complex needs, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized approach to care.
- Engage in multidisciplinary treatment meetings to facilitate coordinated and holistic patient care, collaborating with addiction counselors, social workers, and medical providers.
- Remain informed about advancements in the treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions through continuous education and professional development.
- No on-call duties, night shifts, or weekend work required.
- Utilization of EPIC EMR for patient management.
- Support staff includes clerical personnel, lead psychiatrists, program managers, clinical social workers, and addiction clinicians.
- Competitive annual salary of $331,490 for full-time adult services (40 hours per week) W2 employees.
