Responsibilities:

* Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and/or closing the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
* Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
* POS System Expertise: Utilize and manage our Point of Sale (POS) system for accurate order processing and financial reporting.
* Service Proficiency: Serve food and drinks as needed, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
* Reporting: Prepare and present weekly reports to upper management, detailing performance metrics, staffing needs, and operational updates.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in an Italian cuisine setting.
* Valid Food Protection Certificate License
* Bilingual (Spanish) HUGE plus.
* Must be fluent in English.
* Must have professional attire.
* Proficiency with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
