Job Summary

LBH-Sinai Hospital Rapid Response is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team as a Travel CT Technologist. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform CT scan procedures using prescribed techniques and review requisitions to ensure completeness.
  • Adjust equipment and select appropriate technical factors to produce proper radiographic exposure.
  • Utilize standard positioning techniques to obtain an optimal diagnostic image and select appropriate protocol for each CT scan procedure.
  • Ensure proper levels of density and contrast are utilized and perform scanning procedures of various organs to localize site of pathological process.
  • Complete examination in a timely manner and order IV and oral contrast in powerchart.
  • Document administration of contrast and scans paperwork into Cerner and perform exam completion, complete screenings/consents, and paper scanning in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Radiology Technologist, with experience in abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction.
  • Preferred experience in aspirations/biopsies, colography, CT arthrography, drainage, myelography, transplant studies, and PET/CT.
  • Must have MD LIC and required certifications: BLS, AART, and AART advanced cert.
  • Pending MD lic ok, must be in hand prior to start.
Work Schedule

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7p-7a.
