Maintenance Trainer Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting operations efforts to identify, eliminate, and reduce exposures to create a safe and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops, coordinates, and administers evaluations for the Levels of Learning training & development program for new and existing employees.
  • Ensures all training & development programs maintain top focus on bakery priorities, including safety, food safety & quality.
  • Monitors training environment for new training methods and tools to incorporate in to the training & development program.
  • Remains cognizant of changes to subject matter in order to update training materials.
  • Controls, develops, maintains, and implements a training schedule in conjunction with Maintenance Management.
  • Conducts ongoing training as required in all aspects of maintenance, administration, and other related topics.
  • Ensures all required training documentation is completed and maintained in a timely and accurate manner, including best practice utilization of the e-learning management system.
  • Assists in writing and development of SOP's.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Associates Degree highly preferred.
  • Five to ten years' related maintenance experience.
  • Previous training background.

Working Conditions: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
