Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Direct Support Professional to join our team at Arc of Delaware County. As a key member of our residential services, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and achieve their personal goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster independence by providing support and guidance to individuals in daily activities, such as transportation and medication administration.
  • Ensure the health, welfare, and safety of individuals in our care.
  • Complete accurate and timely reports, log notes, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • MEDS certification, CPR, and First Aid preferred (training provided).
  • Valid NY Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs.

Salary Information: $18.90 per hour for full-time and part-time positions.

Locations: Walton, Margaretville, Stamford, Delhi, Hobart, Sidney NY.
