Mimis Cafe is seeking a charismatic and experienced Host/Togo to join our team. As a Host/Togo, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Manage reservations, seating, and table assignments with efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist with taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales and drive revenue.
Requirements:
