About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Health Connect America, Inc. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to adolescents and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adolescents and their families.
  • Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a human services field, or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in addictive/co-occurring disorders.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with adolescents and their families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
