Key Responsibilities:- Work with Facilities, Maintenance, and EHS Departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Investigate and implement corrective actions for OSHA recordables and near-miss incidents
- Develop and maintain quality standards and productivity goals
- Lead a team approach to identify and address internal quality issues
- Establish production priorities and direct production activities to meet timelines
- Ensure on-time delivery to internal and external customers
- Work with engineers and production control to meet scheduling demands and ensure profitability
- Collaborate with purchasing and planning teams to drive inventory levels based on demand
- Set up the flow of product through the facility and monitor daily productivity
- Establish and work with cross-functional teams to achieve efficiency goals
- Implement lean practices and identify and record problems relating to product, process, and quality system
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing management leadership role
- 5+ years of experience in Operations functions
- Automotive industry experience a plus
- Certified Six Sigma a plus

- Edge: Ability to take a forceful stand on issues without being excessively abrasive
