Job Summary

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Bremerton, WA. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our physical therapists to provide evidence-based treatment to patients. You will be responsible for assisting with patient care, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a positive and respectful work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physical therapists with patient care, including setting up equipment and preparing treatment areas
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans under the supervision of a physical therapist
  • Implement treatment plans, including exercises and modalities, as directed by the physical therapist
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
  • Current or pending state licensure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
