IT Co-Op

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op student to join our team in the IT department. As a Co-op student, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Electric Utility industry and apply your classroom knowledge in a real-world setting.

Our Co-op program is designed to provide students with a unique opportunity to work alongside industry professionals and gain valuable insights and experience in a professional environment. You will have the chance to support and learn from our associates with decades of combined industry knowledge.

The Co-op position will include up to 3 rotations, beginning as early as Spring 2025. You will have the opportunity to refine your current skills and discover new ones, all while gaining valuable experience in a professional environment.

• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited college/university with a minimum 2.8 GPA in one of the following areas of study: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
• Accepted in the college or university's formal Co-op program
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Time management skills and a strong work ethic
• Expanding technology skills commensurate with your current education level
• Hands-on experience with technology, including Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, computer hardware, and software
• Ability to work in a professional environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
