About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior FP&A Coordinator to join our team in Arlington, VA. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis department, you will be responsible for managing operating expense and headcount related monthly close reporting and analytics, as well as forecasting activities for corporate support units. Your expertise in variance analysis and working with large data sets will enable you to provide insightful commentary and analysis for both current and future periods.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze large data sets and drive strategic initiatives
Provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and optimize operational efficiency
Manage operating expense and headcount related monthly close reporting and analytics
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

Requirements:
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a senior or leadership role
Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
Proficiency in tools such as Excel and SQL
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
