We are seeking a highly skilled Production Associate to join our team at Compunnel. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging, and shipping of products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Read and follow work procedures and schematics or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Perform manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
- Maintain daily production output and ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Quality policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality control inspections and work with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned and participate in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.
- Comply with EHS regulations and policies.
**Requirements:**
- Ability to read and follow work procedures and schematics.
- Ability to perform manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks.
