Discovery Mood and Anxiety Programs is seeking a skilled Mental Health Group Facilitator to join our team. As a Group Facilitator, you will provide therapeutic treatment to individuals struggling with mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based methods and techniques.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Clinical Director and/or Program Director to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Lead scheduled groups, delivering evidence-based topics and facilitating discussions.
- Document all group sessions, ensuring accurate and timely charting.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, DMHAS regulations, and Joint Commission standards.
- Participate in staff meetings, providing training and education on therapeutic services and mental health topics.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working in behavioral healthcare.
As a Mental Health Group Facilitator at Discovery Mood and Anxiety Programs, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000-80,000 per annum, dependent on geographic region, education, and experience.
