Job Summary

As an Ambulatory Care nurse, you will be part of a team advocating for patients and their families while adhering to the medical plan of care. Responsibilities include examinations, recording medical history, ordering diagnostic tests, conducting blood draws, dressing wounds, educating on chronic diseases, and administering medications. You'll collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide education on chronic diseases and medication administration
  • Conduct examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited nursing program
  • A minimum of one year of experience working in an outpatient care facility preferred
