Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Physician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients, managing a broad array of patient needs, and conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits onsite at a unique employer health clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patients with a broad array of patient needs, including industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions
- Evaluate, treat, and follow up on patients with infectious and hazardous material exposures in the workplace
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Possibly supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues as the need arises
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine residency program
- Occupational Health or Workers Comp experience required
- Board Certified in Internal, Family, or Occupational Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date
We offer a competitive salary range of $147,000 to $156,000 annually, based on up to 24 hours per week of patient care. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
