Key Highlights:

  • Our Pediatric Endocrinology division operates a dynamic practice supported by a Certified Diabetes Educator/Dietitian, who plays a vital role in our Pediatric Diabetes Education program, providing essential services such as medical nutrition therapy, meter guidance, injection training, and education on insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring.
  • We have recently announced the establishment of a dedicated Children's Hospital, reflecting our ongoing commitment to pediatric services and our membership in the Children's Hospital Association.
  • The Pediatrics Department encompasses a diverse range of inpatient, neonatal, emergency medicine, specialty, and primary care providers across multiple practice locations, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients.
  • Our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, which features 8 beds, is managed by specialized pediatric nurses and critical care intensivists, facilitating high-quality care for admitted patients.
  • We are in the process of expanding our Pediatric Emergency Department, which currently operates with 6 beds, to better serve our community.
  • The department is supported by a growing team of pediatric experts across 40 different specialty areas, including but not limited to pediatric surgery, GI, endocrinology, nephrology, and more, many of whom are located at our Pediatric Specialty Center.
  • We pride ourselves on having the most extensive and high-volume obstetrics program in the area, with a robust maternal and fetal medicine program.
  • Our network includes multiple Level III NICUs, providing advanced care for our most vulnerable patients.
  • We are a comprehensive 12-hospital network that serves a large geographic area, providing emergency care to over 320,000 patients annually.
