Bread Divider Operator Job Description
At QPS Employment Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bread Divider Operator to join our team in Manitowoc, WI.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced individual to operate bread divider equipment, ensuring efficient production of high-quality bread products. As a Bread Divider Operator, you will be responsible for adjusting machine settings, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a clean working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Adjust pan guide to accommodate various pan sizes
- Adjust molding table guide to match loaf sizes
- Adjust guides for loaves entering the sheeter and molder tables
- Adjust table speeds for the sheeter and molder tables
- Adjust sheeter and molder heights for optimal loaf alignment
- Adjust divider speed and up feed conveyor speed
- Adjust weights on the divider according to product specifications
- Scrap the top hopper between different bread types
- Spray divider oil on the trough lift and hopper
- Lift and dump the trough into the hopper
- Record dough temperature on the divider log
- Purge the first 6 loaves or until previous dough is eliminated
- Verify dough chunk weights within specified ranges
Requirements:
- Ability to push bread/bun trays
- Occasional lifting or pushing of 50lbs
- Operating hoist to assist with tasks
- Bending, kneeling, and stooping as needed
