Sodexo Dishroom Attendant Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary dishroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure efficient operation.
  • Monitor and maintain the dish machine's water temperature and chemical levels to ensure a sanitary wash cycle.
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
