Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking highly skilled Automotive Mechanics to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Bessemer, AL area.
We're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing high-quality automotive repairs.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services on customers' vehicles
- Perform undercar repairs, including brakes, struts, and shocks
- Complete state-mandated inspections, change oil and filters, check fluids, replace worn parts, and dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance
- Extensive tool box of personal tools used in performing undercar repairs
- State inspection license(s)
- ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5)
