Proposal Writer

Holman Inc is a leading provider of fleet management and leasing services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Writer to join our team. As a Proposal Writer, you will be responsible for creating compelling sales proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral to support our fleet solutions business.

• Develop and write high-quality sales proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral to support our fleet solutions business.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and requirements for proposals.
• Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval.
• Facilitate project strategy discussions, including kickoff and draft review calls.
• Develop proposal strategy by performing due diligence, studying RFPs, and identifying opportunities and needs.
• Gather proposal information by identifying sources of information, coordinating submissions and collections, and identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals.
• Re-write and edit proposal contributions from various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, technical/operations teams, finance, and legal.
• Write persuasively, including original content or customizing existing content for prospects and clients.

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to write persuasively.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
• Experience with Upland Qvidian (or other RFP software) is preferred.
