Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate vehicle damage to determine necessary repair methods.
  • Perform structural repairs, including frame alignment, panel replacement, and dent removal.
  • Repair and replace damaged parts, including fenders, hoods, doors, and bumpers.
  • Sand, prime, and prepare surfaces for painting.
  • Perform refinishing and painting tasks, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding repair status and any additional work required.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of auto body repair techniques, materials, and tools.
  • Ability to use specialized equipment, including frame machines, welders, and spray guns.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
