Key Responsibilities:
- Manage various business operations, which may include retail, fuel services, dining, and maintenance.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility, focusing on cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Drive product and service sales through effective inventory management and merchandising strategies.
- Support the General Manager in executing tasks, maintaining cash integrity, and preparing comprehensive reports.
- Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with management on talent acquisition efforts.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 2 years in management within retail, convenience stores, or similar environments.
- Experience managing operations with annual sales exceeding $2 million.
- Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and train teams of 5-10+ employees.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
