Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Manager to join our team at Gene B. Glick Company, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our leasing office, ensuring a positive resident experience, and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Supervise and train office staff in administrative tasks, including filing, records management, and service requests.
  • Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents, respond to concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the Property Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize resident retention and attract new prospects.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train leasing and administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in standard information technology tools, including Office products; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications: Valid driver's license; ability to work overtime and emergency call-ins; fluency in Spanish a plus.
