We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction estimating and excellent attention to detail.

Job Description:

  • Identify and secure new bid opportunities in the commercial construction market.
  • Organize and thoroughly review bid documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Solicit subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Review and qualify incoming bids, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Tabulate bids and perform detailed take-offs.
  • Prepare comprehensive estimates and review them with the Senior Estimator prior to submission.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in commercial construction estimating with a proven track record of developing accurate and competitive estimates.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Compensation: This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
