Job Summary:

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, including disposing of biohazardous waste and restocking supplies
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient care is delivered efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist
  • Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, and push, bend, and pull
