Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated professional to enrich our team as a Construction Manager Civil Engineering (m/f/d) with the perspective of Business Unit Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineering and network assembly
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in civil engineering project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
