About the Role

This Front Desk Associate - Spa position is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic spa team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our front desk operation, you will be responsible for managing guest arrivals, departures, and services, while ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our spa staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check-in and check-out guests, confirming appointments, services, and special requests.
  • Process payments and handle cash, credit card transactions, and gratuities.
  • Manage guest feedback and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including preferences, allergies, and special requests.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Familiarity with spa operations and services, including massage therapy, facials, and body treatments.
