Housekeeping Specialist

Platinum Property Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Technician to join their team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties.

This is a full-time position that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for cleaning apartments, common areas, and commercial properties, as well as assisting with inventory management and equipment maintenance.

• Clean all surfaces, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors
• Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors
• Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and properties
• Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time

• Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs of equipment

• Competitive pay: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
