Regional Operations Supervisor: Part Time/Hourly

Summary/Objective of Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Regional Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in our organization, contributing to the operational success of our teams. This individual is instrumental in ensuring the effective application of established procedures while upholding the mission of Rock Solid Janitorial, Inc. through collaboration and clear communication across all levels.
The Regional Operations Supervisor must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and efficiency. Leading by example is crucial to maintaining the high standards set by our company. The scope of responsibility may vary, with the potential for an increase or decrease in the number of facilities managed. This role requires travel and extended hours, as well as the flexibility to step in as needed for scheduled shifts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position may require prolonged periods of standing and walking, as well as climbing, stretching, kneeling, lifting, bending, stooping, pulling, and pushing to fulfill job requirements.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Develop schedules for initial site assessments, including introductions and facility walkthroughs.
- Establish clear objectives for the team and monitor progress.
- Provide effective training for team members and coordinate staff meetings as necessary.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and availability of supplies and equipment at all times.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer communications as needed, delivering regular updates.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of facilities, including janitorial areas, in collaboration with team leaders and custodians.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, including necessary signatures and proper records.
Collect performance evaluations from team leaders and provide coaching and documentation for performance reviews.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions as assigned.
- Assist with additional tasks or projects as required to maintain service standards.
- Responsible for conflict prevention and resolution as necessary.
Experience:
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in training, teaching, or management.
- Proficient writing skills to produce clear and grammatically correct performance reviews and related documentation.
- Strong communication skills, including oral, written, and listening abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining results-oriented.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
- Skilled in handling challenging situations and individuals with professionalism and positivity.
- Proficient in training, coaching, and motivating staff to perform cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Must be able to pass state background checks as required by the facilities.
