PM Bartender

We are seeking a skilled PM Bartender to join our team at the Hilton Richardson Dallas. As a PM Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing drink orders according to specified recipes, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

• Prepare and serve drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the garnish box and ice scoop.
• Handle glasses with care to prevent breakage.
• Scan each guest's ID prior to serving them and always ask patrons of questionable age for proper identification.
• Offer refills before drinks are empty and thank guests with eye contact upon payment.
• Follow all state liquor laws and never serve intoxicated patrons' alcohol.
• Keep pour sizes consistent and be knowledgeable about our menu offerings.
• Be helpful and knowledgeable with questions asked and up-sell beer, liquor, and wine whenever possible.
• Attend meetings as required by management and perform any other duties as requested.

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
