We are seeking an experienced Data Science Engineering Manager to join our team at Ernst and Young. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of data scientists and engineers in delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data science solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field and 6-10 years of experience in data science and engineering.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in data science and engineering, including experience with Python, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and ONNX.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile project management.
  • Experience working with Generative AI models and frameworks, including OpenAI family, open-source LLMs, Dall-e, LlamaIndex, Langchain, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Extensive experience with MLOps methods and platforms, including MLFlow.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning workflows, including ingesting, analyzing, transforming data, and evaluating results to make meaningful predictions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
