Objective:
To guarantee that the Quality Management System at Power Drives aligns with ISO/TS standards. Provide immediate assistance to the Quality Department to ensure adherence to training requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), processes, and company directives, thereby supporting operational and quality demands for business activities.
Minimum Requirements:
Associate's Degree in a technical field or business-related discipline; Engineering preferred. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in an ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, or equivalent Quality Management System.
Excellent organizational abilities.
Proficient in computer skills; capable of utilizing Windows Office Suite and web-based systems.
Preference given to candidates with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or TS16949 Third Party Internal Auditor Training.
Job Requirements:
Above-average verbal and written communication skills.
Capable of organizing and managing multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly understand new concepts.
Self-driven, able to work with minimal supervision.
Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Capable of applying continuous improvement principles to lead system enhancement initiatives.
Competent in leading corrective actions to address internal and external audit findings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute the responsibilities of the QMS Management Representative.
Oversee and manage Power Drives' Quality Management System.
Accountable for External Quality Certifications and audits, internal audit scheduling and processes, and management review meetings.
Responsible for any Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) that impact Power Drives' QMS manual, supporting work instructions, or forms.
Maintain the Controlled Document System.
Manage Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) administration and generate necessary documentation and customer PPAP packages.
Oversee Inspection Database AQL, Quality Alerts, and Work Order Completion.
Communicate with customers regarding Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Corrective Actions, and Product/Process Improvements.
Generate Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts.
Participate in Power Drives' continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Quality Engineers to gather data and respond to supplier and customer inquiries.
Coordinate and manage nonconforming materials as directed by Quality Engineers or Management.
Pay Range:
$52,500 to $79,400 a year
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this position.
Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be established within the job's compensation range, taking into account factors such as market data, education, experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
