Job Summary:

The Senior Software Engineer will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This includes conducting research, collaborating with equipment designers and hardware engineers, and developing compilers and assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex software systems, including processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, and manipulation of extremely large data sets.
  • Provide specific input to the software components of system design, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and use of COTS/GOTS in place of new development.
  • Implement and integrate software applications or perform software engineering tasks.
  • Utilize software engineering and design methodologies appropriate to the development, integration, and production environment.
  • Mitigate risks, control costs, and schedule variance, and effectively manage large-scale, integrated software projects.
  • Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements and document test results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience or a Master's Degree with 10 years of experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in web software development and design.
  • Proficiency in the use of one or more web technologies, such as XAML (Silverlight, WPF),.NET Framework, SQL, JavaScript, Shell, HTML, PHP, etc.
  • Familiarity with Agile-Scrum methodology and practices.
  • Clearance Level: TS/SCI.
  • Required Certification(s): DoD M IAT Level II Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager.
