The Front Desk Associate role at Extended Stay America is a vital position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, handling day-to-day operations, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the hotel.
Job Summary
This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, navigating multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritizing guest needs. The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator, able to resolve issues efficiently, and possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Front Office Operations: Manage day-to-day activities, including check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the hotel's common spaces are tidy and welcoming.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management, responding to concerns and resolving issues.
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-3 months of related experience or training preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; basic computer skills.
Benefits
