Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reconstruction Specialist to join our team at SERVPRO of Chesterfield, Richmond, Chesapeake, and Hampton. This is a full-time position that requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality estimates that meet client requirements and project constraints.
  • Work collaboratively with Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for each project to create accurate estimates.
  • Recognize project opportunities and recommend solutions to improve client satisfaction.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced math skills and proficiency in Xactimate estimating software.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
