  • Manage Customer Needs: Utilize the UNIQLO service standard to exceed customer expectations, provide product information, and close sales.
  • Assist with Cash Handling and Fitting Room Services: Process transactions, assist with fitting room needs, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process Shipments and Maintain Inventory: Ensure all merchandise is accurately represented on the floor, and assist with inventory management.
  • Support Store Operations: Assist management in identifying and resolving issues, and contribute to special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to Work a Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.
